Songs with a Mission

Howard Parker is on a mission to make a difference through music. A singer/songwriter and Wall Street veteran, Howard brings his talents in both music and finance to helping people and communities in need.

He founded The One Square Mile Community Music Project, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit and public charity that uses live performances, benefit concerts, and music sales to raise funds and awareness for charitable causes, community building, and healing. Through Howard’s original songs, the organization donates net proceeds to organizations including the PKD Foundation, American Cancer Society, COVID relief efforts, Hunterdon Land Trust, and others.

Howard’s songs explore the darker sides of money, politics, and corporate life—from “Inside Information” and “You’re Nobody” to “Dog Soldier” and “Bossman.” But beneath the stories is a bigger purpose: using music to shine a light, connect people, and help make the world a better place.
